Kitchens sit alongside hotel services in Mandarin Oriental Mayfair’s Hanover Square residences. The range runs from one to four bedrooms and includes a duplex and penthouse. Of 77 private residences in the development, only homes enrolled in the guest-booking programme are offered through it.

The hotel opened in June 2024. Reporting from March 2025 gave a starting price of £2,420 per night, a three-night minimum and a limit of 90 nights annually. Those are historical programme terms. A six- or twelve-month stay would need a separate residential-tenancy offer; pool, gym and spa access is subject to terms.
