Short-term options range from compact one-bedroom flats to whole houses. Current examples include two-bedroom apartments in central Mayfair and Fitzrovia, near Oxford Street, and a one-bedroom Mayfair flat close to Green Park.

In Covent Garden there are two- and three-bedroom apartments, one near the Royal Opera House. Further west are a three-bedroom house near High Street Kensington, The Little Boltons Apartment, a secluded two-bedroom house in Belgravia, a one-bedroom flat near the King's Road in Chelsea and a three-bedroom apartment in Notting Hill near Ladbroke Grove.

Flexible stay lengths

Stays run from a long weekend to around three months. That covers a sudden business trip, a holiday, a temporary relocation or time in London while your own home is unavailable.

Space for families

Families need more than a hotel room. Our apartments have kitchens and laundry facilities, and many are close to schools and main work areas.

Separate bedrooms and a living area make a big difference when children are part of the trip.

Value for money

London has a reputation for high costs, but a serviced apartment can be good value. Rates are often more competitive for longer stays, and cooking some meals at home cuts daily spending.

Because we ask several residences at once, you see a range of rates side by side before you decide.

For business travellers

Our apartments are close to the main business districts, from the West End to the City. They give you a place to work and rest that is quieter than most hotels.

Once you choose, you book and pay the residence directly. There is no booking fee.
