Many residences offer a monthly or long-stay rate once a booking reaches 28 nights. The nightly equivalent is often lower than a short-stay rate at the same building, but each residence sets its own pricing.
Because we request quotes from several residences at once, you can compare long-stay rates side by side. You then book and pay the residence directly, with no booking fee.

Licence, not tenancy
A serviced apartment stay is normally granted as a licence to occupy, not an assured shorthold tenancy. In practice that means no lengthy tenancy paperwork, no need to furnish or connect services, and terms that can often be shortened or extended with notice.
It also means the residence keeps responsibility for maintenance and cleaning. Terms differ between buildings, so read the agreement before you confirm.

Can I extend or shorten my stay?
Often, yes. Serviced apartment terms are usually more flexible than a tenancy, but notice periods and cancellation terms are set by each residence.
Why ask the residence direct?
Booking sites charge the residence a commission on every night. Ask direct and there is none, so the residence has room to move: unpublished specials, a better rate for longer stays, breakfast, flexible check-in and check-out, and sometimes help with theatre or restaurant bookings.
