How the quote process works

You tell us the brief once. We contact the residences, check availability and collect their rates, so you are not sending the same enquiry to a dozen buildings.

You then book with the residence you choose and pay it directly. We do not charge the guest or the company a booking fee. Cancellation and deposit terms are set by each residence, and we flag them with the quote so there are no surprises for your finance team.
